The hotel is located in a nice and magnificent location in the middle of Jubail. It's nestled in a nice building really close to the shops and supermarket. The hotel offers good services. It is convenient to have free tea in the lobby.

We loved the great value and the fact that the room was brand new, with a seating area, an ironing set, and a stone fireplace. The location of the hotel is excellent, and we appreciated its proximity to Jubail, as well as the nearby restaurant and park.

Our stay here was great! This place is clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly and professional. They made our stay a lot nicer and made sure everything we needed is provided quickly. The service manager called in personally to check up on us and to ask if we needed anything! We also appreciated the range of amenities provided in the room, such as ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a dining table. The free Wi-Fi was also a plus, as well as the flat-screen TV. This hotel definitely knows how to make guests feel comfortable and at home.

My Thanksgiving stay was amazing! The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering great value for money. I loved the fact that the rooms were equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and hot plate. The complimentary breakfast was a big plus, and the friendly and polite reception staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a little trouble finding a good parking spot, especially when arriving late. there were a few instances where some small items were forgotten to be replaced during cleaning.
